Association Board and TRS Meetings
The Association Board meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
Currently (2021), all Association meetings (Board and TRS) are virtual using Zoom, by invitation from the Association manager. The Zoom meeting is scheduled from 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. Any member of the public can contact the manager and request a zoom invite.
In the future (2022), the BCWA meetings will be at the Evergreen Metropolitan District Office, Board Room from 9:00 to 11:30 a.m. (30920 Stagecoach Blvd. Evergreen, CO 80439)
These meetings are for members and participants, but the public is welcome. There is an agenda and a meeting summary is created after the meeting. Board actions and decisions are based on adopted rules of operation.
Technical Review Sessions are on the third Wednesday of the month from 9:00 - 11:30 a.m. Future meetings will be held at the Bear Creek Lake Park visitor center, near Morrison. These meeting are open to the membership and guests. The public is encouraged to attend. These are working sessions to review program elements, monitoring plan and data, regulatory program, watershed plan, outreach, and discuss emerging issues or concerns.
