The Foundation is a supporting organization to benefit the Bear Creek Watershed Association. It is a non-profit corporation that is a funding mechanism for preservation and restoration projects; education and training; watershed scientific programs and research; and support of other partnerships that protect, restore and preserve the Bear Creek Watershed. The Foundation can receive, solicit, administer and disburse gifts, grants, devises, bequests or other conveyances of real and personal property or the income derived there from for the benefit of the Bear Creek Watershed Association .
